Founded over 40 years ago, the company has progressively grown including establishing our own dedicated manufacturing facility in 1999. As a company we now employ over 30 staff and we are proud to supply some of the market leaders and household names in the plastics industry. Whilst our roots remain in the plastics industry in the UK & Ireland, we have the knowledge and experience to supply into various engineering markets across the world.
Our company philosophy is to work in partnership with our customers to provide them with value for money focusing on quality products and delivering the high levels of service that our customers rely on to operate efficiently and to reduce their ongoing running costs. We are immensely proud of our customer loyalty and to date still supply heating elements to companies we first dealt with in 1979.
A significant benefit of being a manufacturer is having the ability to offer our customers guarantees in terms of product quality and speed of response. A large percentage of the products that we supply are manufactured to meet our customers specific requirements in both small or large quantities.
The sales and engineering teams at Gary Duncan strive to ensure that the customer always receives the most appropriate part for their application and wherever possible look to offer alternative solutions to help increase a products lifespan and subsequently reduce machine downtime.
Throughout our working relationship with our customers we are constantly looking to improve our product designs, manufacturing techniques and standards of service to ensure total customer satisfaction at all times.
