Our range of Cartridge Heaters are supplied as standard at 230v in either imperial or metric sizes. Almost any size ranging from 4.5mm up to 32mm diameter is possible, other parameters permitting. Voltages other than 230V are available including current return via casing and varied heating zones can also be specified.
Our Cartridge Heaters can be supplied with a variety of lead types ranging from glass fibre to high temperature insulation such as Kapton. Designs can be fitted with a dedicated earth lead and a built-in Type ‘J’ or Type ‘K’ Thermocouple. A built-in PT100 probe can also be incorporated depending on other design factors. A variety of additional options such as right angled bends, threaded fittings and welded flanges can also be fitted.
