Our range of Mica Plate Heaters in flat, ‘L’ form, ‘U’ form or frame configurations are custom-made to include fixing holes, Thermocouple holes, eyebolt holes and cut-outs. Threaded bridges to accommodate Thermocouples can also be included. All voltage combinations including 3 phase can be manufactured.
Various termination options such as terminal boxes, 2 pin or 3 pin sockets and flying leads can be fitted.
We recommend Mica Plate Heaters are used in conjunction with clamp plates to ensure even heat transference. Our 6mm or 8mm steel clamp plates for both flat and frame constructions are laser cut for optimum accuracy. They can include termination protection pieces, tool supports and hot warning signs. Heaters are typically supplied with fixing studs to allow the clamp plates to be re-used. Brass liners and insulating cloths can also be included.
Cast Aluminium & Cast Bronze versions of our range of plate heaters are also available.
