Our Coil Heaters offer high-performance heating in compact form factors, making them ideal for precision applications such as hot runner nozzles, injection moulding systems, and packaging equipment. Available with either flat (typically 4.2mm x 2.2mm) or round (commonly 3.3mm Ø) cross-sectional profiles, we also accommodate alternative dimensions upon request.
Standard units are supplied at 230V, with custom voltages and wattages available based on application requirements. Coil Heaters can be wound in a variety of configurations, including straight, spiral, and pre-formed shapes to suit complex geometries or high-heat transfer needs.
Lead options include durable PTFE-insulated cables with optional braided metal sleeves for additional mechanical protection. Designs can also incorporate a dedicated earth lead, built-in thermocouples (Type J or K), or PT100 sensors, allowing for accurate and responsive temperature monitoring.
Customisation features include right-angle cable exits, pressed-on tubes for added clamping force, integral clamp bands, and threaded fittings where necessary. These heaters can be optimised for rapid heat-up times, minimal heat loss, and long service life in demanding environments.
