Our range of pressure sensors includes both pressure transducers and pressure transmitters, designed for high-precision measurement in demanding plastic processing environments. These sensors are free from mercury and silicone oil, using a unique liquid metal alloy that offers comparable pressure transfer characteristics to mercury, while remaining safer and more environmentally friendly.
Available pressure ranges span from 100 bar to 2000 bar, with a choice of output signals including 2.0 mV/V, 3.3 mV/V, 0–10 VDC, and 4–20 mA. All models feature an 80% calibration signal and standard accuracy of 0.75% FSO, with options for 0.5% and 0.25% for high-precision applications.
Sensors are typically supplied with ½”-UNF20 process fittings and probe lengths of either 76 mm or 152 mm, with custom lengths available. Termination options include 6-pin, 7-pin, or 8-pin connectors, and optional flexible capillaries up to 760 mm in length. Type J thermocouples (Fe–CuNi) can be integrated into the sensor body where required.
We also offer the Gräff GMDA-3 digital indicator, designed for use with our range of pressure transducers and transmitters. This versatile unit displays real-time values and can be panel-mounted for convenient integration into control systems.
